I have been struggling with sleep a lot (diagnosed autism, adhd and insomnia). I saw on internet a weighted blanket would help so i bought this. Not only is the quality amazing (like i can find in a store), it's helped me so much. I've been really really sleeping well because the weight of the blanket makes me feel warm and cozy, as if someone was hugging me. I am 56-57kg, i bought 6kg blanket. It's the perfect weight, not too much, but not too little. I could even go a big more heavy but doctors recommend to get a weighted blanket of 10% of your body kg. Really happy with the blanket!! Very fast delivery in 2 days! I hope to see the effect tomorrow. The blanket is thin, so I will use it over regular bedding. I bought it for my son who weighs 40 kg. I added a photo of the thickness compared to a coin edge.
